American Certification Body (ACB), Inc. provides US, Canada and European Approvals for Licensed and Unlicensed wireless products. ACB, Inc. provides radio equipment authorizations including 802.11a/b/g, Bluetooth, frequency hopping spread spectrum, digital transmission systems, WiFi, WiMax, GSM, CDMA, WCDMA, HSPA (HSDPA, HSUPA), marine, aviation, land-mobile, OFDM, point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, EPIRB, PLB, BPL, PDA, radar, ISM devices, Smart Phones, and broadcasting equipment. Nearly all devices which use radio frequency energy, from garage door openers to microwave broadcast towers, are eligible for Certification through AmericanCB. Specific Absorption Rate (SAR), Maximum Permissible Exposure (MPE) and Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC) evaluations are provided as part of the total Certification package.
Dr. Bruce Archambeault is a IBM Distinguished Engineer Emeritus at IBM in Research Triangle Park, NC and an Adjunct professor at Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, MO. He received his B.S.E.E degree from the University of New Hampshire in 1977 and his M.S.E.E degree from Northeastern University in 1981. He received his Ph. D. from the University of New Hampshire in 1997. His doctoral research was in the area of computational electromagnetics applied to real-world EMC problems. In 1981 he joined Digital Equipment Corporation and through 1994 he had assignments ranging from EMC/TEMPEST product design and testing to developing computational electromagnetic EMC-related software tools. In 1994 he joined SETH Corporation where he continued to develop computational electromagnetic EMC-related software tools and used them as a consulting engineer in a variety of different industries. In 1997 he joined IBM in Raleigh, N.C. where he is the lead EMC engineer, responsible for EMC tool development and use on a variety of products. During his career in the U.S. Air Force he was responsible for in-house communications security and TEMPEST/EMC related research and development projects. Dr. Archambeault has authored or co-authored a number of papers in computational electromagnetics, mostly applied to real-world EMC applications. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the IEEE EMC Society and a past Board of Directors member for the Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES). He has served as a past IEEE/EMCS Distinguished Lecturer and Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Electromagnetic Compatibility. He is the author of the book “PCB Design for Real-World EMI Control” and the lead author of the book titled “EMI/EMC Computational Modeling Handbook”. He has lectured at the University of Oxford for the last 12 years.
Tom has a passion for both learning and teaching. At the University of Missouri-Rolla, he leads research projects, supervises graduate students, teaches short courses, And contributes significantly to a wide range of projects. He has initiated several new courses and education projects that have been highly successful.

iNARTE, Inc. was founded as a non-profit membership/certification organization in 1982. With the advent of deregulation and the Federal Communications Commission "encouragement" for private industry to establish certification standards to fill the licensing void, iNARTE initiated and developed a comprehensive certification program for telecommunications engineers and technicians.

Kenneth Wyatt Technical Services, LLC provides practical electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) seminars worldwide. His comprehensive yet practical EMC design, measurement and troubleshooting seminar has been presented across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Kenneth Wyatt holds degrees in biology and electronic engineering and has worked as an product development engineer for 10 years on projects ranging from DC-DC power converters to RF and microwave systems for shipboard and space systems. For over 20 years, he has worked as an EMC engineer for Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies in Colorado Springs. Kenneth is a senior member of the IEEE and a long time member of the EMC Society where he serves as their official photographer. He is also a member of the dB Society and is a licensed amateur radio operator.
LearnEMC, LLC offers educational materials, short courses and consulting on topics related to electromagnetic compatibility. Our short course topics include design for EMC compliance, the physics of EMC measurements, grounding & shielding, PC board design, computer modeling tools for EMC, automotive PC board layout, and signal integrity in high speed digital circuits.
Dr. Todd Hubing is the primary designer and instructor for the LearnEMC short courses. He is a Professor Emeritus of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Clemson University and Director of the Clemson Vehicular Electronics Laboratory. He is an IEEE Fellow and a Fellow of the Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society. Dr. Hubing holds a BSEE degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an MSEE degree from Purdue University and a Ph.D. from North Carolina State University.
