Washington Laboratories values the health, safety and well being of our clients and employees as we continue to operate our normal schedule, providing testing and support for your product success. With the rapidly changing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are continuing to monitor developments and follow the guidance of public health authorities, including the CDC and WHO and the state of Maryland.
Therefore, we will make every effort to keep our facility operating as usual to the extent possible while safeguarding the health of our staff and clients.
Many of our non-engineer staff are working remotely to reduce the amount of people within the office. In addition, we are keen to provide remote support for clients that cannot travel to our facility.
We have provided guidance to our team members on hand-washing protocols, avoiding unnecessary personal contact, the importance of staying home if they are ill, and the enhanced sanitation of high-touch/high-traffic areas within our offices and lab.
We have installed a hand sanitizer dispenser in the main entrance of our facility and distributed disinfecting wipes throughout our facility.
Lastly, we will schedule our services in a way to responsibly limit the number of staff and visitors on our premises at a given time.
